Participants learn with and from each other over a 3-month period that combines group coaching, 1:1 coaching, and assignments that accelerate leadership competence and capability.
For emerging leaders who crave private, dedicated coaching support, our 1:1 leadership coaching engagements provide maximum accountability for gaining traction on one’s specific leadership development goals. These engagements vary in duration up to 6 months and are completely customized to support the specific target outcomes the leader is striving for.
