Angelique Denius is an emerging leader coach, talent strategist, and the founder of Prepare to Emerge. Angelique spent twenty years providing Human Resources consulting at some of America’s most respected Fortune companies including Intel, Lucent Technologies, Time Warner Media, Southern Company, and McKesson. Throughout her corporate career she created and implemented value-added solutions around organizational effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, talent retention, and employee engagement. During this time, she observed a critical gap in high-value leadership development options for emerging leaders. She witnessed many organizations struggle with new leader latency and knew these same companies were motivated to position their rising leaders for long-term success. Angelique’s vision was born: a coaching-centric leadership assessment and development practice dedicated to helping emerging leaders reach their leadership potential.

Angelique graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and attained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a certified facilitator who is also certified in a variety of talent assessment tools. Angelique completed her coach training and certification through the esteemed Coaches Training Institute and is also certified through the highly regarded International Coaching Federation. Angelique resides in the Atlanta area with her husband Rick, and her children Nico and Ava. She enjoys animal advocacy, cooking, golfing, and spending time with her loved ones at her familial home in Kefalonia, Greece.
