Our team assessment services are for organizations aiming to create a culture of high performance. We are certified practitioners of the BRITE assessment by The Leadership Circle. We use BRITE to help teams self-assess how they are performing and then leverage the assessment results to help them explore how to alter patterns and reshape possibilities for more effectiveness.

As professionally certified, accredited coaches committed to continuing education, we are highly experienced in a wide variety of coaching approaches and tools. Our knowledge, skills, experience, and resources allow us to help leaders shift into the mindset and action taking that leads to meaningful learning and transformation that lasts long beyond the coaching engagement. Our private 1:1 leadership coaching fuels leadership awareness and development, and helps leaders reach their leadership potential much sooner than they would without dedicated support.

Team coaching is very different than training, advising, consulting, or facilitating. Our extensive training in team coaching allows us to coach 1: many and work with intact teams to help them uncover ways to maximize alignment and high performance. Team coaching is ultra-beneficial for corporate teams who are looking to get in front of and/or successfully navigate the impacts of constant change in today’s work environment.
Team coaching work yields high returns! It sparks more safety and connection, thoughtful questioning, creativity, norms setting, goal clarity, decision making, resource utilization, and much more.
